Course Audience

The course is designed to be followed at your own pace through self-directed learning.

For Graduates, Undergraduates and Adult-learners the course will help you gain a better understanding of innovation, how to develop your innovation skills and about how highly employers value innovative individuals. The goal of the course is to empower the user to become entrepreneurs or high value employees.

The materials are designed for various uses, primarily for this course they are optimised for mobile devices and on-the-go learning. All materials are provided as open source and each section of this course of­fers a variety of additional online materials such as videos or websites about the topic.

Phone and Tablet Course Components

The syllabus of the Employment Alliance classroom course is di­vided into seven different units called modules, each of them focusing on different aspects of innovation:

Module 2: Understanding Innovation

Module 3: Innovation Mindset

Module 4: Innovation at work- Self Employment

Module 5: Innovation at work- Fast Track Employment

Module 6: Social Innovation

Module 7: Innovation for life

Each Module is presented in the form of a PowerPoint presentation which includes all the materials and activities that users will need to complete the course in full. Although the course is designed as a complete curriculum, each module can be used on a stand-alone basis.
